Terms of Service

These terms are effective from January 01, 2023.
These terms (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to consumer purchases of products on the website at velovelocycle.com . Any reference to “you” or “yours” means you as a purchaser of our products via velovelocycle.com.

1. Company Information

VELOVELOCYCLE.COM is the official online shop for Velo Velo SG Pte Ltd a retailer for a various brands of technical cycling clothing. The website is governed by Singapore law and registered in Singapore at:

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to buy products at our website. If you are under 18 years old, you may be able to purchase products if you are +15 years and using your own credit/debit card.

3. Prices

Prices are consumer prices including VAT and excluding shipping or other services unless otherwise stated below.
Please note that local import duties vary by country and region. These taxes are to be paid by you as a customer. If you reject the parcel due to local duties, the parcel will automatically be returned to VELOVELOCYCLE.COM. In this case, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to our expenses in connection with the shipment, including a reasonable administrative fee.

4. Gift Certificates

We are offering the opportunity to purchase gift certificates for use on VELOVELOCYCLE.COM. All gift certificates are managed under these Terms.

5. Order Confirmation

When you have placed an order, you will automatically receive an email receipt from which it appears which products you have ordered. When we have identified your product, we will send you an order confirmation on email.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in whole or in part, because of substantial price or text errors on the website or due to out-of-stock items. If this occurs, you will be notified per email.

6. Terms of Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.
All information is sent securely to VELOVELOCYCLE.COM, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. We do not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.
As payment service providers we are using: 
  • HitPay
  • Shopify Payments
  • PayPal
The funds withdrawal will be completed when the order is shipped from VELOVELOCYCLE.COM

7. Shipping

VELOVELOCYCLE.COM sends packages with local couriers in Singapore and DHL or Fedex to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured, and Track&Trace information is emailed to you upon dispatch.
Shipping times for regular services are 1-3 business days in Singapore and 3-5 business days outside Singapore.
VELOVELOCYCLE.COM accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the Singapore. Shipping times are a guide.
Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are shown on VELOVELOCYCLE.COM and are separately added to the order.

8. Exchange of products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery for online purchases and we will work with you to make it right.
All items must be returned in “as new” condition. The items must not be worn or washed and have the original tags attached. Take note that socks once worn cannot be return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. We also recommend storing them in their original bags while you decide whether to keep or return them.

9. Exchanging a Size

If you are not getting a perfect fit, you may return it to exchange for a correct size.

10. Refunds

In the event that we have ran out of stock for the item(s) needed for exchange, we will process the refund of the item via our store credits. (Not applicable to Sale items)
Do note that there will not be a refund of the difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item.

11. Crash Program

We offer a crash program on selected products for 2 years after your purchase.
Please refer to our crash program page for further details. 

12. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery for online purchases at support@velovelocycle.com

The product must be returned no later than 45 days from reception.
All items must be returned in “as new” condition. The items must not be worn or washed and have the original tags attached. Take note that socks once worn cannot be return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. We also recommend storing them in their original bags while you decide whether to keep or return them.

13. Archive Sale items
Please note that there is No Exchange, No Return and No Refund policy for Sale items.

14. Damaged Goods
If your package is damaged on delivery, you must remember to either refuse receipt or accept with reservations.
Then contact Customer Service and specify "Damaged Goods" along with your order number in the subject header.

15. Changes to Terms of Service

VELOVELOCYCLE.COM reserves the right to modify or change these Terms at any given time.
Any material changes will be communicated on the website and by email to all registered users. 

16. Warranty

All products from VELOVELOCYCLE.COM come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship, and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear.
You must give notice within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the fault.

17. Liability

VELOVELOCYCLE.COM is liable under Singapore law, but never for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, reliance, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

18. Data Privacy

When ordering from VELOVELOCYCLE.COM, we will collect personal data regarding billing and shipping to fulfill the purchase agreement.
